I’m Nabila Makram, Head of the Technical Secretariat and Executive Director of the National Alliance for Civil Development Work In mid-2024, the Board of Trustees of the National Alliance for Civil Development Work assigned Ambassador Nabila Makram to head the technical secretariat, to act as the executive director of the alliance. In early 2023, Ambassador Nabila Makram also launched the Fahim Foundation for Psychological Support, the first foundation in the Arab world primarily concerned with supporting mental health, and employs its activities to help overcome the challenges facing interventions in the field of mental health, most notably the stigma that haunts mental patients and the lack of acceptance of mental illness in society. On the other hand, to support health institutions and provide for their needs, and to improve the provision of mental health services and access to medications.
