Rania Ayman, Serial Entrepreneur | CEO of Entreprenelle | General Manager at School of Fashion Management | Advocate for Women’s Economic Inclusion

As a seasoned entrepreneur and a champion for gender equality, I lead initiatives that drive social and economic development across the Middle East. With over 15 years of experience, I have successfully bridged the gap between social development, entrepreneurship, and business management, focusing on creating meaningful opportunities and fostering sustainable change.

Founder & CEO, Entreprenelle Under my leadership, Entreprenelle has empowered over 500,000 women, particularly in underprivileged areas, by providing access to essential education, training, and resources. Our work has facilitated the launch of over 10,000 projects, significantly advancing women’s economic inclusion.

General Manager, School of Fashion Management I steer efforts to strengthen the fashion industry’s infrastructure and propel the creative economy forward by equipping professionals with cutting-edge knowledge and tools. My focus is on innovation through smart technology integration, including the strategic application of AI to enhance industry practices and sustainability.

AI Integration and Leadership With a keen interest in the intersection of technology and social impact, I integrate advanced AI solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and decision-making processes in both organizations I lead. This forward-thinking approach not only optimizes our projects but also sets a benchmark for tech-driven social enterprises.
